A 5 week series on the Messiah or Christ. He is known to be The Prophet, The Priest, and The King. He is God with us and Savior of all who call upon his name. The series continues by looking at the role of the priest and how Jesus is The True Priest.


Psalm 4 is a cry to find the peace of God within the trials and challenges of life in this broken world. David cries out for God to be his peace and shield within the pain and toil of life.


Exodus 5 addresses navigating hardships we face in life and responding to God in the midst of troubles.  How do we respond to God in the midst of hardships and undesirable circumstances?  Three responses are shown in the text; Pharaoh’s, the elders and leaders of Israel, and Moses.  God then responds.

This sermon addresses the existence of evil and why God tolerates it as presented in 2 Peter 3:1-10. Many have questioned “why a loving God would allow evil” and Peter addresses this question to the early church dealing with persecution and marginalization.

A message on 1 Peter 2:1-12 discussing our identity as a follower of Jesus and why it matters.  Neil Anderson writes, “it’s not what you do as a Christian that determines who you are, it’s who you are, that determines what you do.” Peter’s message to Christians marginalized by society: find your identity in Christ.
